A walking track in front of the house meanders through the development and passes The Hut cafe 100m up the road. The laid back vibe of Raglan town is a short 20 minute walk away which is filled with trendy shops, cafes and restaurants.

King bed with ensuite, (please note small hot water cylinder). Bed settee for small child. Kitchenette but note no sink - only dishwasher and tub. TV and dining table, deck with outdoor table. Work desk. Bring the boat, or use our kayaks. The sunrise and sunsets are great. The harbour, walks, fishing and biking are on your doorstep.

A short walk or ride to Ngarunui Beach, cafes, and trails, it’s perfectly placed for adventure or relaxation. Includes bikes, surf gear, a full kitchen, wood fire, Wi-Fi, and an office setup for those needing to stay in touch with work. Located on the main beach road — traffic can be heard day and night, so not ideal for light sleepers, though fans are available for white noise.
