Thunder Lake Lodge Welcomes You

Our home is located on beautiful Thunder Lake. The suite boasts an ultra comfortable king sized bed, feather duvet and 100% cotton sheets. The suite is attached to our home but completely private, with a private entrance, (nothing is shared) which is also fully wheel chair accessible. We welcome guests to use our own private beach, bring your boat and go fishing, we have a boat launch. In addition, Aaron Park is right next door with it's many trails, and two beaches which are yours to explore.

Come enjoy simple living in a rustic, cozy cabin on Lake Superior with 180 degrees of unobstructed views. Directly off highway 61 with convenient access to hiking, biking, golfing, skiing and more. Please note, there is NO running water. Sip a cup of coffee in the screened in porch and enjoy your own bonfire at night. One Cozy one bedroom cabin located on beautiful Winnipeg River and reasonable distance to downtown Kenora and to the TransCanada Highway. Fully equipped/furnished cabin, including wifi/satellite TV, all you have to bring is your personal effects. Simple and basic style. It is peaceful and surrounded by wildlife. The owners house and one other cabin is on the property. The cabin is in a rural area, but not secluded. Overall laid back atmosphere in a little piece of paradise.
