Etage)des ruhigen Wohngebietes von Ramersdorf-Perlach im Südosten Múnchens. Im Sommer bietet sich mein kleiner Garten zum Verweilen/zu einem Essen im Grünen an. Sie wohnen zusammen mit mir und meinem kleinen Hund in einer Doppelhaushälfte, wobei das Dachgeschoss abschließbar ist. In ihrer Küche ist kein Wasseranschluß, aber im Bad ist eine Spülschüssel für Geschirr.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.
