Jim & Peg’s Private Suite

Your private suite includes a bedroom with two queen beds, a kitchen and sitting nook, a bathroom, a large television with cable and hookups for your tech devices. A den/ living room with a fireplace and a tv, and a private deck. Just steps out the door you can take the stairway down to the lake and enjoy sunset and lake views. Lake toys are available. Our home is just a quick 2mi drive into the town of White Bear Lake- a charming, hip and town full of shopping, dinning, more lake.

Pick up your morning coffee and take a stroll through the beautiful streets of St. Paul or get ready for a Wild Game and walk to the Xcel! Located just 5 min from Summit avenue, 5 min from downtown St. Paul, and 2 min to HWY 94. Each room has special touches to make your getaway feel cozy and comfortable. Our fully fenced in yard makes a perfect safe place for your furry friends, message us for our pet policy. Comfortably accommodates three, but can sleep four with luxury air mattress.

Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.

Sparrow Suite is a charming 650 sqft basement unit all for you! Its close to everything, walking distance to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, bus stops and colleges...making it easy to plan your visit. It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.
