Warm and cozy aurora cabin on the south coast

Treat yourself to experience a stay at this wonderful magical cabin that you will absolutely fall in love with♡ Located in the southern region near the golden circle. In winter you will frequently get a natural light show from the amazingly starry bright sky and dancing auroras in the northern lights. Surround yourself with beautiful open fields and sit right at the riverbank of Eystri Rangá. Have a great time with the amenitieson we have; Zip-line, trampoline, hot tub and enjoy the BBQ on deck.

Cozy cottage with a view

Take it easy at this unique, tranquil and romantic getaway. A small and cozy private cottage (23 fm3) located about 4 km away from the town Hella down by the river Hróarslækur. There is a sleeping sofa and also a floor mattress (140 cm) in the open garret attic. There is a kitchenette with basic kitchen utilities, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, induction plate and a small oven. Everything is private, nature all around and space for exploring and hiking. You have the cabin to yourselves.

Golden Circle sunset cabins

Hidden from plain sight there is our cabin only 5 minutes from the town Laugarvatn. Midt on the golden circle route. You can experience one of a kind sunsets in the summer and unique aurora borealis in the winter. The cabin has a spacious patio with furniture and gas bbq. The patio is connected by a path to the hot tub. All amenities are provided, kitchen with Fridge/freeser, hot plate, oven, toaster, kettle, Nespresso m. Bathroom with all you need. You will have the whole area to yourself.

Urriðafoss Waterfall Lodge 2

Urriðafoss Apartments is located in amazing nature, at the front of the waterfall Urriðafoss, that is located in the River Þjórsá in Southwest Iceland. The house was built 2022 and has a big windows so our guests can enjoy the view. The house is surrounded by beautiful wildlife at the summer time and the northern lights at the winter time. Urriðafoss Apartments is fully equipped with wifi, TV, combo washing machine and dryer, coffee machine, fridge, all necessary kitchen tools and hot tub.

Then Hvílusteinn is perfect as a getaway from the city into the wilderness & as a base camp for South Iceland, within 100 km you have most of Iceland's popular gems! Airport about 170km away. It's nice to just enjoy the local nature and the northern lights in this remote and secluded area of the countryside with a private outdoor shower and shared indoor shower and a sauna. Cozy Country Home in Iceland - Aurora

A small stream runs alongside the property, adding to the peaceful atmosphere.

A unique place by a lake within the Golden Circle.

Our newly built second home is located in Útey 2, by the Laugarvatn Lake. Útey 2 used to be an old farm and is around 720 acres (320 hectares) and have been in the family for generations. Most of the south side of Lake Laugarvatn is part of the land so you can have complete privacy. You can take a long walks in private, go paddling in our double seated canoe, relax in the hottub with tens of km. of unobstructive view, watch the birdlife and even try your luck fishing for trout.

Austurey lakefront cottage

A peaceful cottage on a small hiltop with a great view overlooking lake Apavatn where there is much birdlife (you maight be able to see ducks, loons or swans from the patio). The house is stylish and newly renovated. There are two spacious bedrooms plus a sleeping sofa. The view from the hut tub is amazing. The cottage is close to the nearest town (7 km) and to many of Iceland´s best known tourist attractions so it is a good base for exploring. Reg. HG-00017228
