PRIVATE and Upscale apartment in the village walking distance from restaurants, swimming, walking trails, kayak rentals and kayaking as well as snowshoeing and snowmobiling during the winter. Free skate rentals for skating on Haley Pond and you can also rent snowshoes and kayaks at Ecopalagicon. When the pond is frozen SNOWMOBILERS can cross Haley Pond which is in front of my house to get onto trails. My driveway will accommodate 2 snowmobile trailers. 2 night minimum on SNOWDEO WEEKEND

Our place is a great getaway for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. The house is fully equipped dishes, silverware, pots and pans. We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. Great summer location with new min split A/C unit not loud portable room air conditioners. This immaculate clean 2 bedroom condo with additional sleeping area in loft is in a great location in the White Mtns, has mountain views and close to numerous activities. Substantial fine for exceeding 6 guest limit. Owners have severe allergies to pets. All adult renters must be at least 25 years old.

Just a get away!!

My place is close to great views - for fall time - half hour to ski area's -oxford casino 7 miles away - hour drive to Mt Washington or Portland - Plenty of hiking area's- Oxford plains speed way 3 miles - , restaurants and dining . Read all { House Rules } it's under things to know, on the bottom left, before making reservation - Thank You

Hard to find, ski in/ski out 1 BR unit in prestigious Locke Mtn Townhomes. Apartment is located on the Tempest ski run (White Cap chair) in the lower level of our own townhouse. Ski right to your front door, then relax in the beautiful outdoor pool/jacuzzi. Nightly price covers 2 people. Extra guests are an extra $25 per person, per night.
