We are Kitchen Garden, two local Japanese farmers from Hokkaido. Our farm is located about 30 min drive form Niseko, internationally famous ski resort. We are very excited to be able to offer a farm stay experience to international and domestic travellers interested in learning about rural Hokkaido. We speak fluent English and Japanese. Our new ski house is located in the peaceful Moiwa area, just a short distance from powder house Moiwa and Annupuri. It offers convenient access to a variety of charming local restaurants and bars, while maintaining a sense of quiet retreat. The house features an open and airy layout, including a spacious living room, a contemporary kitchen, a dining area, and 3 comfortable bedrooms. It combines practicality with a touch of elegance, not to forget its unique private onsen to end your ski day.

新雪谷汤本温泉雪之晴空

yukinoshizukuは建築と自然の調和を理念に設計した貸切温泉の宿です。 エントランスからお部屋、温泉、サウナ　テラスはゲスト専用となります。 源泉100％の温泉をプライベートで　ごゆっくりお楽しみください。 ニセコ湯本温泉「大湯沼」　硫黄泉 病気や体調の改善を図る治療法「湯治」をするために古くから利用されてきた温泉です。 標高約600ｍ。HIRAFUから離れた静かな山奥で「奥ニセコ」蘭越町に位置しています。 国定公園内にあり「チセヌプリ」が目の前に見えます。 グリーンシーズンは登山、ハイキング 冬は、バックカントリースキー、スノーボードを楽しむ方の穴場スポットです。 「こんな温泉宿に泊まりたい」という思いから　自分たちで建築、デザインをしました。 日本家屋独自の落ち着く住空間と居心地の良さを体感していただけたらと思います。 近くには飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーがなく お車での移動が必須の場所です。 ※送迎サービスは行っておりません。 建物は右側がゲスト専用、左側はホストのhome officeとなっており、内部で独立したプライベート設計、防音壁となっております。

Seamless blending antique Japanese furniture, light fittings, windows and doors with iconic vintage designer chairs and bespoke handmade furniture, this private luxury cabin is the ultimate couples’ escape.

Secluded Mountain Cabin with Onsen water, less than 10 minutes from Niseko ski resort(s). This is a cabin in the forest type place, and I love it. Be away from resort madness, and chill in the forest after you ski. It is less than 10 minutes from Niseko Moiwa and Annupri. There is a bedroom with two single beds, room to roll out 2 futons in the lounge room and a loft that will take one or a happy couple. I work at a local mountain guiding company and am available if you have problems.

The first floor is equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. You can enjoy meal and chatting with your friends or family by surrounding a table. You can sleep on the second floor and there are "FUTON" for the number of people. The cottage has kitchen, gas kitchen stove, refrigerator, rice cooker, microwave oven, toaster, utensils, tableware, dishwashing fluid, sponge, Dust bin, toilet, washing machine for clothes, air cleaner, fire alarms, FUTON, TV, Wi-Fi, parking area.

First floor part is all private. (Bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, Dirt floor) Please put skis and snowboards freely in the entrance dirt floor. The bedroom has 2 three quarter beds and the other 2 have single mattresses. If there are more than 2guests, you may have a mattress in the living room. ⚠︎You will need a car to get to the ski resort from this hotel. In 2022, I renewed the heating in the living room and installed the floor heating, so it became very warm.

プライベートサウナ付き一棟貸切です。 自然に囲まれたロケーションでアンヌプリ山、羊蹄山が望めます。 国道5号線に面しています。 2023年新築、カサシマ工務舎建築。北海道産木材使用の高断熱で冬でも暖かい建物です。 2024年ランドリールーム増築。洗濯乾燥機利用できます。 夏期は水風呂、バーベキュー、焚火が楽しめます。（炭や食材はご持参下さい。薪は有料です。） 車での所要時間 ニセコグランヒラフスキー場まで約 13 分 ニセコビレッジスキー場まで約 13 分 ルスツリゾートスキー場まで約 23 分 羊蹄山登山口まで約8分 ニセコ市街、温泉、道の駅、スーパ ー、コンビニ、ドラッグストアまで約 5 分 札幌まで約 1 時間 50 分 新千歳空港まで約 2時間 倶知安町まで約 15 分 日本海サーフポイントまで45分 道路沿いの歩行は危険ですので、車でご来館お願いします。 2024年11月より、宿泊税が課税されます。 宿泊税は宿泊料金に含まれております。

Thank you for visiting our page. This little house locates in the middle of nowhere on the north side of Lake Toya. It's the perfect place for your getaway surrounded by nature. There are more than 10 kinds of good quality tea leaves in the kitchen. Nespresso coffee and machine as well. In the early morning, You probably can see wild animals ( mostly deers ) from the window. * Outdoor BBQ is not allowed.

【お知らせ】 一時休止していたレンタカーサービスを2024年1月8日から再開いたします。 4WDのバンを利用ご希望の方は事前にお知らせください。料金など詳細をメッセージでお伝えいたします。 Snow Shack は小さな川と森に囲まれた一棟貸しの小屋です。 冬はスキー、夏はSUPやSkate、BBQなどを楽しめます。スキー場へのアクセスはNISEKO、MOIWAまで車で15分、RUSUTSU RESROT40分、KIRORO RESROT60分です。徒歩圏内にはお店やレストランがありません。ご自身のお車でカフェ、パン屋、蕎麦屋、羊蹄山湧水の水汲み場などローカルスポットを楽しんでください。 隣接する自宅兼カフェに住んでいるので、何かあればすぐに助けになります。カフェは只今クローズ中。ご朝食にベーグル（SEED BAGEL&COFFEE COMPANY）をご希望の方は事前にお問い合わせください。

We offer you a unique Japanese experience. In the summer, the guests can use a outside BBQ space and full concrete skate bowl for free.
