Across from a waterfall on an 8 acre private Lake with your own beach, dock, and Kayaks. Nestled into the 142 Acre forest on our farm with 5+Miles of Hike/Biking trails. Enjoy Swimming, Kayaking, Fishing, Hike/Biking, visit Farm Animals, or just RELAX! Only our Family, Log Cabin, Tugboat, and Silo listings have access to the Lake and Property.

Nestled on our little homestead, this is glamping at its finest: fresh air, feathered friends, and all the comforts of home (yes, we’re talking hot showers and AC). You can sip coffee with chickens, stargaze under wide-open skies, and maybe make friends with our crazy goats and obnoxious geese. Peaceful rural charm meets modern comfort, all just 15 minutes from Williamsburg.

"Old Smokey" is a 1965 pull-behind camper that has been beautifully remodeled. It is cozy, rustic and has been restructured with lots of love. You can enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. The camper has both air conditioning and a wood stove. "Old Smokey" is a unique and romantic glamping experience. You can cook delicious meals on the propane stove/grill or visit one of our charming local restaurants. This is the perfect location to relax and reset, either solo or with someone special.

If you’re looking for country charm with mountain views, you’ve found the right getaway! This tiny living space is in the woods on our private 3 acre lot surrounded by mountain views. Relax inside the newly renovated camper with WiFi availability or step outside & enjoy the hand crafted firepit w benches made from trees on the property or enjoy a game of ax throwing. This space is perfect for a romantic getaway, a work retreat, a stop through town, or a small family or group of friends.

River & Rail

Enjoy all the Potomac River has to offer, just 40 miles south of D.C. Rich in history, our RV trailer sits near the river's edge on our home property about 100 feet from our residence, in Widewater Virginia, between the Potomac River and the CSX railway. Although there are trains that pass by, they do not use their horn in our area, and they are fun to watch! Enjoy a coffee while watching a beautiful sunrise, then light up a fire pit after a day kayaking or fishing on the river.

Tucked away in the woods on a historic Eastern Shore farm lies this stunning Airstream retreat 10 mins from Cape Charles. Low or luxury vehicles not recommended. It's an adventurous drive, so expect bumps, scratches, & tight turns! If you do not want to drive, it's a 15 min walk from parking lot.
