The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. This waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing construction from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during the daytime.

Luxury Lake View with Sauna

Our new construction features stunning Hayden Lake views, king sized bed, fully stocked kitchen, and queen sofa bed. The one bedroom apartment is private and built to be a short term rental. It's located 8 minutes to town, 5 minutes to Honeysuckle Public Beach, 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene, and 20 minutes to Silverwood. This serene space will have you relaxed in no time! Please note: it's located above our garage with 18 stairs to get in. The nearest public beach is 5 minutes away.

Peekaboo River House

Nestled in a serene neighborhood, this location offers access to a kayak launch on the river. It's the perfect balance of seclusion from the hustle and proximity to vital amenities. An array of delectable dining options are a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute stroll away. Unwind in the backyard, complete with a fire pit and BBQ experience using the gas grill. Indulge in a massage or facial service to relax and rejuvenate! Message us to make an appointment. An ideal way to start your vacation!

Stay at the River's Edge-

A stay at the River's Edge is an updated walk out PRIVATE (no shared space) daylight basement apt with your own side yard and view of the beautiful Spokane river and mountains. Space has a private entrance, large living space and an over sized bedroom with a king bed. You also have your own laundry area with a small full kitchenette and own private bathroom. We are located 15 minutes from Cd'A, 15 minutes from Spokane Valley, 10 minutes to Q'emiln Park and close to the Centennial Trail.

Mountain Cottage

A private location on our property. The guesthouse is detached from our estate on five acres. Larger than a hotel room and much more nicely furnished. For those traveling through the area, we are five minutes north of interstate 90 on the Idaho Washington border. Lots of wildlife including our puppy. This is a very private setting with tons of trees. The deck is the perfect place to start and end your day. Your own private parking space and private entrance. Perfect romantic getaway!

Scenic Sandpoint A Frame - Close to Schweitzer

Cozy A-Frame retreat, pinned to the top of a rock with spellbinding views of Lake Pend Oreille and the Sandpoint area mountains. Just 4 miles from downtown and 5-minute drive to the Schweitzer shuttle. This intimate studio with a loft is a haven for couples. Unwind in a queen-sized bed, prepare meals in the granite kitchenette, and indulge in a custom shower with a heated toilet seat and bidet. Enjoy other modern amenities like high-speed WiFi and AC. End of the road privacy.
