Have your morning coffee in the hot tub looking out at the mountains and the Bitterroot Valley. BBQ on the deck and watch the sun go down every night. Lots of light and large windows to see the scenery. Only 20 miles to Missoula and Hamilton, Montana. (We love dogs, but please do not just bring your pet -- inquire first please.)

ON THE RIVER! 2 mi from Yellowstone Dutton Ranch. Hannon House is a homestead just steps from the Bitterroot River. Our Westslope Suite has a private entrance and is a one bedroom with king sized bed, luxury bath & an enclosed screened porch with couch, chairs & coffee table. Room includes a soaking tub, shower, smart tv, mini fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Large private deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ! Please note dogs MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES to protect our livestock.

Canyon Creek Studio Guest Suite

Intimate ridgetop studio suite centrally located 2 mi from Hamilton. Featuring Hot tub, indoor gas fireplace +outdoor firepit overlooking valley and mountain views set the relaxing mood. The small kitchen is well equipped and features a gas stovetop and convection microwave. Rural mountain ranch setting on a large secure property in a classically safe neighborhood at the end of a meandering driveway. The studio is completely and cleverly redesigned into a featured studio apartment.

Mountain Retreat with Hot Tub and Fun-filled Shop

The property is situated on the upper East Fork of the Bitterroot River. Mountains surround the area, the river is a few minute walk away, and wildlife is everywhere. While there are neighbors, it is a remote location. There is so much to do right outside the door and even more adventures with a little driving. The shop is 24x48 and is full of fun. It includes a mini basketball court, a regulation height basketball hoop, a high quality ping-pong table, and a foosball table.

Gorus Cabin is a hidden paradise tucked away on a secluded 5 acres conveniently located minutes from both Hamilton and Darby with private access to the Bitterroot River. The open living area is cozy with, a flat screen TV for entertainment and a traditional wood stove for cool Montana evenings. A perfect location for a weekend getaway or an extended stay for a rejuvenating remote work environment. The kitchen is well-equipped for home cooking plus the Hot Tub is a bonus!

Conveniently located between the quaint towns of Hamilton and Darby where Kevin Costner's Yellowstone TV series is set, you are just minutes from both town essentials and your next outdoor adventure in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley.

Riverfront Retreat With Pool, Pond, and Hot Tub.

Executive 16 Acre Riverfront Retreat with Trout Stocked Pond, Indoor Pool, Hot Tub, Theatre, Game Room, and Pond. Private Helipad available for guest use. Horse boarding facilities are available for guest use including a five acre pasture, stalls, water trough, and tack room. No other pets allowed. For large groups, we also own the adjacent “ Riverfront Luxury Cabin With Pond and Hot Tub” and offer a discount when booking both properties.

Just off HWY- 93, our tiny, cabin offers a place to relax by the creek. It includes high-speed Wifi, kitchenette. All just a stroll from the Bitterroot River (East fork). There is plenty of hot water in a spacious shower. Soak in the hot tub NEXT DOOR off our back deck. Note: the cabin includes a Nature's Head composting toilet and a small loft with single bed.
