The apartment is located in a former school building in a peaceful, idyllic setting surrounded by forests, a river and streams. After years of abandonment, our family carefully restored the space into a cosy two-room apartment with a private sauna. Guests can enjoy a playground with a climbing wall, a fireplace and a natural spring of drinking water. The area offers excellent hiking and cycling trails and is surrounded by the most beautiful mountains of Carinthia.

Located on the ground floor with its own private entrance from the garden. Built for those who want to step straight into the grass. Like all our units, it features a high-fidelity analog vinyl system, comfortable beds with cotton linen, and a clear view of Peca. Includes a modern bathroom and enough space for a family of five. Included in the price are tourist taxes and breakfast in june, july and august.
