Built in 1989 and recovering from the 1997 crisis, it still has a pioneering feel: lush, unhurried, and quietly off the beaten track. Four apartments share the beautiful pool and jacuzzi — intimate, not a condo. All fully equipped with modern kitchens. Three resident cats included. No reception, no guards, no gardeners — just us.

Long stay always welcome.
