Cook in the fully equipped kitchen, relax in the cosy living areas with TVs, and enjoy five bedrooms, four of which have their own TVs for private entertainment. Take a dip in the heated swimming pool (usually open from May to September), measuring 7.5m x 3.8m, with a shallow end of 3ft 8in sloping to a deeper end of 5ft 5in, maintained at a comfortable 27°C for year-round enjoyment.

Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

The Pool House is an ideal location for couples, families, walkers, cyclists, coarse/carp anglers and business travellers.

A paradise for hiking, straight from the doorstep but also within easy reach of London, the South Coast and the West Country. Copse Farm Cottage can host up 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. The house is equipped with super fast fibre. The house is well connected with regular trains from London to Newbury or Whitchurch.
