Welcome to our slice of coastal kiwi living. The space is set in a country garden with lovely river views and is close to many cafes and beaches. Relax in the conservatory positioned under native trees home to many birds such as Tuis and native wood pidgeons. It is a great place to start your northern journey or a base for your trip to Tiritiri Matangi Island wildlife sanctuary. It is minutes to many local beaches, ten minutes to Gulf Harbour and 10 - 15 minutes to Orewa and the motorway.

In the heart of wine country, this loft-inspired renovated barn is truly one of a kind. Whether you’re in the area for a wedding or a romantic getaway the Black Barn is the place to stay. With a choice of vineyards, breweries, strawberry picking or walking the trails of the Riverhead Forest there is something for everyone. 15 mins drive to the beautiful black sand beach of Muriwai, famous for its gannet colony, surfing, golf course and stunning sunsets. very modern studio in 14year old luxury House .fully self contained.Has parking for one car ,no visitor parking ,not wheelchair friendly, washing machine electric hob, dishwasher microwave ,frig freezer all crockery cutlery provided tea coffee milk cereals TVs free internet BBQ and tools private access with security lighting. No smoking anywhere on premises. Outdoor table and chairs, sun lounger.Not suitable for children under 12 , some exceptions apply by request only.No pets allowed .

One unit comprises of a full kitchen and lounge, the second unit joined by a completely enclosed area at the back comprises of two bedrooms and a bathroom. We have safe off street parking for at least two cars, or bring your boat or trailer. Close to lots of beaches, walks, and places to eat, we're perfect for a weekend away, surf carnivals or if you wish to stay for longer.
