The famous Cleveland Way footpath is within 1 mile of the building. There is easy access by car to Whitby (1/2 hour), Staithes (10mins), Saltburn (10 mins) and The North Yorkshire Moors (15 mins). The bus stop is also close by. The building has all the latest mod cons and a workshop/store room for safe storage of cycles etc.
