A charming 2 bedroomed house; cosy, comfortable and tastefully decorated in a quiet residential area of Horsham. Close to local amenities, children's playground and convenience store. Just a 5min drive or 30min walk to the historic Sussex market town of Horsham. Offering easy access by foot to bus routes (2min) and Littlehaven train station (10mins) for those wishing to explore further afield to Brighton, the south coast or London and within easy reach of London Gatwick airport (20mins drive).

Quiet cottage near station

Stable Cottage is a beautiful stable conversion in a village on the North Downs Way. It offers an ideal base for walking and cycling with many tracks and footpaths in the area. It is also easy to get to London from the property, just five minutes walk from Merstham station with direct trains to London (30-40 minutes). It is about 20 minutes from Gatwick by car or train. The property has two bedrooms and an open-plan living and dining area. Continental breakfast and toiletries are included.

A lovely bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac off a private road making it virtually traffic free. Just a 5 minute stroll down the lane is the picturesque Hedgecourt Lake. East Grinstead railway station, with regular trains to London and home of the historic Bluebell Railway is less than 10 minutes away in the car or you can catch a bus there from the main road. The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! Lounge/diner, Sky TV, and a fully fitted kitchen area, it has a spacious bedroom with king size bed and built in wardrobes. Underfloor heating throughout, a large shower room and utility room with washer and tumble dryer.
