Welcome to the Queen of Harts, our 2BR/1BA, waterfront cottage on Lake Hartwell w/private, deep water dock. The house is located on a quite street 25 min to Clemson. Interior has been remodeled including farmhouse kitchen sink, butcher block countertops, dishwasher, large bathroom, washer/dryer, and new furnishings. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the dock or explore the cove on stand-up paddle boards included with rental. Other amenities include wi-fi, 55" Smart TV, charcoal grill, and fire pit.

Come and experience a little getaway on Lake Hartwell. This is a cute little house, perfect for families or just getting away from the hustle and bustle of Atlanta or Charlotte. There is fishing and you can go swimming in the cove. there's is plenty of parking available on my driveway for your boat SUV or other vehicles. Walmart and Ingles is about 8.2 miles from the house. drive into the city of Hartwell and experience some of the local dining. I left some brochures of my favorite restaurants.

Come spend time at Lucky’s on Hartwell! Tastefully decorated and able to sleep 8 comfortably in this 3/2 on a finished basement. Just around the point from Carters Ferry Boat Ramp. Take an easy walk to the dock to watch the sunrise over the lake, then sit in the shade of the screened in porch after a day on the water. Catch monster large mouth off the dock. We are conveniently located 10 miles from I-85 exit 1 on S Hwy 11. 20 minutes from Clemson, 8 minutes from Seneca, and just a short drive to many hiking trails, lakes and parks in the beautiful foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains.
