The Barn@Graham House has been lovingly restored and converted into a unique self contained 1-bedroom holiday cottage where modern facilities combine with the property’s rural heritage. The cottage is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a few minutes’ walk from the pretty Georgian square in the centre of Richmond, North Yorkshire. Recently fully renovated, it provides spacious, comfortable accommodation. Richmond is a historic market town with unique shops, great restaurants, tea rooms and bars. It boasts a magnificent Norman castle on the spectacular Swale river with plenty of walks and sight-seeing, both locally and further afield in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales.

A stone's throw from the picturesque village green which has amazing views along Swaledale. A cosy and compact space with modern amenities for weary travellers.1 minute walk across the green you can choose from 3 traditional Yorkshire pubs, 3 cafes 2 bakeries and 2 small village shops. Not forgetting the amazing ice cream parlour. Lots of activities available from walking cycling canoe and paddle boarding. Also a great Dales bus service to access the nearby towns of Richmond & Leyburn.

Based in beautiful Swaledale, Tree Tops is a unique property set in its own totally private little forest within a large secluded garden. You will actually feel like you are in the trees. Once you arrive, the stress of everyday life starts to disappear and the only distraction is nature. If you love walking, cycling or simply sitting in the hot tub listening to the trees and bird watching, this is the place to relax and unwind. Amazing walks are right on the doorstep.

Our charming couples cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed cornmill, resting in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley Station just outside the quaint market town of Leyburn. Newly renovated, the contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of local gin in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Wonderful walks and bike trails in the local area. Beautiful views over the fields and hills within the Dales National Park. This detached house is within the boundary of our own property so we are always on hand to help in any way we can to make your stay a wonderful experience. Within walking distance of the local village which has all the basic local amenities including a local history museum.
