Cosy bed and breakfast in lovely leafy SW London

A welcoming, light and spacious double bedroom and own-use bathroom within our home (now just my husband and I) including Continental breakfast. Communal entrance and stairs to 1st floor. A 2nd double bedroom could be available although sharing same bathroom. Safe neighbourhood and perfect travel location for Central London (20 mins by train) and for Richmond, Twickenham, Kew Gardens and Wimbledon Lawn Tennis. 5 min walk to wonderful Richmond Park and an abundance of great restaurants and pubs.

Superbly located, spacious apartment w/ fast, inexpensive, connections to West End, City, 02 and Lord's Cricket Ground and all airports provides airy twin bedroom. Soft, silky Egyptian cotton linen w/ mattress toppers & down pillows allows best night’s sleep. Gated drive w/ free parking (up to 2 cars) and sunny walled garden. As your host and Londoner for many years I will be able to advise you in order for you to take advantage of your stay in London. I will try to accommodate all requests.

Elegant Victorian double room, ensuite, SW London

An elegant, quintessentially English room in a Victorian house on a quiet residential road in Wandsworth, SW London. Built c1885, the house retains many period features. There is an en-suite bathroom. You will feel calm here and guests love the peace and quiet, away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The room faces west, catching the evening sun. A Continental style breakfast can be provided for those who want it (not Sundays/bank holidays) Bed size: 5'6" x 6'6" (167 x 200cm)

Your London adventure starts in my VERY central flat, 1 block from Trafalgar Square. Choose a King bed or 2 singles, and you have your own bathroom. I live in the flat with my own bedroom & bath. We share living room & kitchen. Breakfast options include gluten and dairy-free. Great gym in building. NOT for people with severe disabilities as there are stairs to the lift. Use the lift to third floor or for extra fitness take the 91 stairs. No air conditioning, fans provided. No street parking.

Charming Bedroom Suite with Private Sitting Room and Terrace

The bed is a double bed - for a 2 night minimum stay with TV and ensuite bathroom/shower. There is a small separate sitting room with coffee & tea making facility, a small fridge, TV & books and a roof terrace which is for my guests sole use. All beautifully decorated. Many small restaurants and transport links. Enjoy the host's continental breakfast in a light & comfortable kitchen. Bus routes are to Sloane Square and beyond. Fulham Broadway, Hammersmith, Knightsbridge and beyond.

Small White Bedroom in Highbury Family Home

Light airy very small modern room in the middle of family house in Highbury North London. Small double bed ,bedside table and closet,WiFi, towels. Bathroom and Shower room shared with the family. Kitchen can be used for heating up food, use of fridge. Tea and Coffee making facilities in bedroom. 10 minutes walk from Arsenal tube, walking distance to Emirates Stadium, Finsbury Park, 4 or19 bus at the end of the road with direct route to St Paul's or West End.

Sunny triple room (one double bed and one single bed) with great breakfast served every morning. Complete with luxury private shower room and toilet in heart of trendy Eastend, very close to world famous Brick Lane, Shoreditch and Columbia Flower Market. Less than 1 minute walk to Whitechapel tube, easy fast travel to central London & all the tourist sites. Easy access to and from London airports, mainline train stations and coach stations.

We are situated literally at the foot of Alexandra Palace Park that boasts one of the best views of London, and 20 minutes overground train (Alexandra Palace) from the centre. The newly refurbished room now with an en-suite shower and toilet, overlooks our tropical garden featured on the BBC. We also have an additional single room that can be rented out with sole use of our larger shower room. Continental breakfast is included.

Escape the city without leaving it. Our beautifully designed home sits just 5 minutes from Leytonstone tube — your direct gateway to the City, West End and beyond via the Central Line (zone 3). Liverpool Street is under 15 minutes door to door, and with the Night Tube running Fridays and Saturdays, late nights out are never a problem. Breakfast is included in your stay — because a great trip starts with a proper morning.

The studio has a stunning en-suite bathroom with free standing bath and huge walk in shower. It also has a private kitchenette. You could enjoy an inclusive breakfast of croissants, fruit, and fresh coffee in this immaculately presented apartment. This room is very quiet, cosy and spacious, and it has a desk for laptop working. It is perfect for either 1 or 2 people, but it’s also a home-from-home for a parent travelling with a child. Battersea Park, a range of pubs and restaurants, a leisure centre and all kinds of public transport (including Boris Bikes) are available nearby.
