Spacious Upstairs Studio apartment (800 sq. ft)

Newly constructed, large, bright, quiet (800 sq. ft) loft in our house. Only 2.5 km from highway 401, 15 km from 407 and 21 km to Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. This self contained bachelor style apartment with kitchenette and laundry facilities, is accessed through a private entrance. The full second story of our house, looks onto the treetops from all directions. Close to stores/restaurants but away from traffic. You will have a key to lock the side door entrance and the Airbnb space.

Downtown Lindsay Executive Loft-style Suite

Welcome to our executive loft-style apartment! This stunning suite is located right in the heart of downtown Lindsay, in a completely renovated and remodelled building. The beautifully furnished suite includes historical touches, including massive windows, restored brick walls and 14' ceilings. The complete kitchen has all the appliances you need to create an amazing meal. After dinner, take a walk through Downtown Lindsay and enjoy one of the many pubs and restaurants in the area.

L'il Cabin's In-Law Suite

Welcome to our Cabin in the Woods. Thank you for your interest. WE ARE BACK!!! As of April 1st, we are an authorized Short Term Rental Accomodation. Unfortunately The City of Kawartha Lakes as limited us to a maximum of 2 persons (incl. children). We are still completing some of the regulated renovations, as our front yard is still dirt after the upgraded Septic System required. We are hoping to have somewhat of a groomed yard by mid summer. Close to the 407 and hwy115. It’s fully renovated with brand new appliances and furniture. BBQ available to grill. It is a rural location, so may not have access to Ubers or food delivery (only pizza). Parking is in shared driveway. There is not an outdoor space.

Welcome to the Husky Cottage! Full disclaimer, this open concept, high-ceilinged, cozy nook, is sous-terre (basement)... and there is a Siberian Husky that shares the property. She doesn't come downstairs, but might come and say hello, if you're having your morning coffee outside. Mentioning stairs, the steps down to the door are quite steep... Location is quiet and quaint, a short walk to the Beach, as well as many restaurants and cafes.
