One parking space included-garage is restricted to vehicle heights less than six foot four inches. Enjoy the private large balcony for coffee or cocktails. Located at the quieter south end of Dewey, yet still within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, water sports, marina. Take Trolley or Uber to nearby Rehoboth for shops, restaurants and boardwalk fun!

This condo is a boho getaway tucked away in a quiet enclave conveniently located on the beachside of Highway 1. It has dedicated parking in front, plus an additional spot for a second car. This condo it is a two bedroom/two bathroom unit. Full kitchen and a dining area that seats up to six. The condo is on the second floor with one stair flight. The beach is a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride, or 5 minute drive Community pool on site provides an extra place to relax and cool down.

Hip mid century reno on a 1955 beach cottage-studio has a fantastic patio in a private landscaped and fenced yard. This boasts a kitchenette w/ kuerig, toaster, and 2 burner electric hot plate for light eating in. We supply pots,pan ,dishes,water and wine glasses, kitchen linens and cleaning supplies. You will be about 1 1/2 miles from the beach in Rehoboth, 7 miles to Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen State Park, approx 2 miles from Dewey Beach. The area is a foodie and brewery delight !!:):)

Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.
