The Red Barn Suite

Stay at our brand new barn suite located on our family farm and enjoy a peaceful and quiet country setting. Come back after the beach (just 8 miles away) and cook on the grill and relax on the private deck overlooking the bamboo and pond. Plenty of room inside with a large living room/ full kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom with a custom tile shower. Our modern and cozy barn suite is just minutes away from Bayside Resort, Restaurants, Assowoman Wildlife Refuge, and Delaware and Maryland Beaches.

The Beach Cabin, NO WI-FI

This private room is small, basic and rustic. Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. Sunny Studio in Rehoboth Beach

Hi! Our studio apartment is perfect for those looking for a quiet and cozy get-away. It is centrally located between Rehoboth and Lewes and very close to rt 1 and rt 24. The studio has a private entrance on the left side of our house. It consists of one large room with ample living and sleeping spaces, including a queen size bed, a comfy loveseat, and a walk-in closet. A double sink bathroom has plenty of shelving for towels and toiletries. There is off-street parking for 1 car.

Come relax after a busy beach day at the ⚓️Admiral’s hideaway⚓️. A newly renovated 2BR/1bath Villa in Lewes, DE. A perfect getaway for a couple or small family visit to all the beach attractions. The hideaway is close enough for easy access yet far enough for residents to sleep away from the heavy Route 1 traffic noises. The entire home is on a private lot (not a neighborhood) lined with 🌲 leading up to the house with a fenced in yard (perfect for your furry family members).

Patrick's Creekside: 4 Peeps-Ur Doggies! 420-Bark!

Patrick's Creekside is free to your pooches - barking allowed, 420 friendly on your private deck, half a mile to the bike trail. Private entry to this 2nd story (2rm,2beds/queen bed & full sofa bed) 1 BR apartment with one full bathroom for a max of 4 humans and a handful of dogs. A good fit if you don’t mind who gets the sofa bed with bathroom access thru the master. Mini kitchen:Keurig, fridge, coffee, crockpot, backyard with little trail! Check out Timmy’s Treeside also.

Treetops beach getaway walkable to beach/boardwalk

East of Route 1, equidistant to both Rehoboth & Dewey beaches, about 1/2 mile easy bike/walk. Brand new for 2021, this fully equipped guest suite offers a private entrance, bedroom with a king bed on an adjustable frame, full bath, laundry, and a kitchenette. There is NO STOVE in this unit but we have provided a microwave and toaster oven for easy beach meal prep. There is also a gas grill for barbecuing. Please note that this unit is strictly limited to 2 mature adults.

Within easy walking/biking distance of James Farm ecological park & beach. Community bay access is steps from the house. 2 adults and 2 children max capacity

Hetty's House - Your Cozy Retreat

Hetty’s House offers a quaint standalone home in a peaceful and quite wooded setting, conveniently situated between Rehoboth, Lewes, and Long Neck. The location offers easy access to a multitude of great local restaurants, shopping at the Tanger Outlets, and Delaware's wonderful beaches and inland bays. Take advantage of the large private backyard, patio with fire-pit and outdoor dining. Plenty of parking, feel free to bring your boat, jet skis, etc.
