Luxury Woodland Shepherds Hut & Romantic Hot Tub

Escape to your own little bit of luxury in the stunning Surrey Hills, conveniently about an hour from London, and stay in one of our two gorgeous shepherd's huts. We are located near the village of Headley near Box Hill, so you can enjoy beautiful countryside walks, whilst staying in a luxury hut with modern facilities like high speed wifi! Dog friendly (extra fee). We have a wood fired couples hot tub and can supply grazing platters, perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and special nights away!

The Old Dairy

The Old Dairy is a self contained Victorian building in the garden of our listed farmhouse Located at the end of a private drive in a hamlet in the Surrey hills we overlook fields and have private access to the network of public countryside footpaths We are in a quiet rural location but several great pubs are within 5 minutes drive or 30-40 minutes walk along public footpaths and bridleways We are less than 20 mins from Gatwick and from stations with 1/2 hour trains to London Late check in is ok

Self-contained, double bed, clean and comfortable

Please read. A comfortable, clean uncluttered standard double bed annexe with en-suite, kitchenette and sitting room looking out onto the garden in a residential road, for 'single occupancy' only. NB. the annexe is not a 'day/holiday sanctuary' as life continues around it during the busy working day within a residential road. Most suitable for those working (regular hours) in the area as guest will be required to vacate the property daily between the hours of 11.00-16.00 or thereabouts.

Luxury Garden Lodge

The Dog House is situated in a corner of our garden, in the beautiful Surrey village of Newdigate. Ideal for walkers and cyclists, the village has an award winning real ale pub with great food, a village shop and an Indian restaurant. There are nature reserves and stunning walks and only 15 minutes from Gatwick, access to the airport couldn’t be easier. The historic towns of Dorking and Reigate are a short drive away and have a great range of shops, restaurants and antique shops.

Delightful entire 1 bedroom cottage, built over 200 years ago with a spacious lounge, diner and a fully fitted kitchen and benefits from its own private patio. With picturesque views across the golf course and a wonderful hiking trail. You will find this to be a perfect spot to relax for single and couples wanting break away or even if away for work purposes. A 10 minute stroll to a nearby local village pub, a delightful cafe and restaurant, including an off license.

Comfy studio in Gatwick

Check-in anytime after 3pm. It's a very peaceful area near Gatwick Airport with lovely neighbours. Bus stop is 1 minute away. It takes from 10 mins to get to/from the train station and from 12 mins to/from the Gatwick Airport. - sockets with USBs, don't need to worry about adaptors :) - free coffee/tea on the kitchen - big garden - Wifi - free parking - smoke-free home - EV charger (if you want to use it we charge 35p/kw just to cover electricity)

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.

Lovely Garden Flat at The Holt

Enjoy a stay at this lovely bright one-bedroom Victorian conversion apartment. Located on the ground floor, you'll have direct access to beautiful communal gardens. You'll be close to Reigate station with regular trains into London (45 mins), Gatwick Airport (20 mins) and the South Coast (Brighton 60 mins). The M25 (J8) is just a mile away.
