A-frame with A+ View

Our family's quaint A-frame cabin from the 1950s overlooks the lake with an unobstructed view from all living areas. There is a hot tub off the back deck overlooking the lake. The cabin is walking distance to both Kings Beach (0.9 miles) and Speedboat Beach (0.4 miles). The Crystal Bay stateline casinos and restaurants are also walking distance (0.5 miles). Stateline Lookout hiking trail is across the street. Northstar, Diamond Peak and Mount Rose resorts are 10-15 minutes away by car.

Within 45–60 mins to Tahoe ski resorts for year-round events. The home features five bedrooms plus an open bonus room off the master, offering the flexibility of a sixth bedroom. Guests love the layout for its perfect balance of togetherness & privacy.

Take it easy at our unique and tranquil getaway. A quaint 750 sq ft house that is spacious, beautiful, lake side of the hwy and a 4 minute walk through a lovely neighborhood to one of the most iconic beaches in Lake Tahoe. Enjoy skiing, boarding, dining, hiking, gambling, and lake fun -- within minutes from our spot. The lake -- 4 minute walk. Town, dining, and gambling -- two minute drive. Northstar - 15 minute drive. Mt Rose -- 20 min drive, and so much more within a close distance.

The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

The Venetian Villa at Sparks Marina

Large house on the quiet canal side of the Sparks Marina. 3 Bedrooms and Common area to accommodate up to 8 guests. The Sparks Marina is a 10 minute drive from Downtown Reno and just a few minutes walk to many amazing Sparks attractions including Legends Mall, Wild Waters, IMAX and of course the Sparks Marina itself which offers paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, biking, a dog park and Casino's right out your back door. Kayaks and bicycles are all provided for your enjoyment.
