My family and I really enjoyed Brian’s place. There was plenty of room for all our ski gear and only 3 mins to the mountain. Having access to the Schuss hot tub was a bonus. There are plenty of board games available and the internet worked well. This has been one of our favorite Airbnbs during the ski season.

Our stay was perfect! There is even a shuttle on property that you call and they will come pick you up and take you to the base of Boyne Mountain! Great property for a weekend getaway!

You will instantly fall in love with the quiet lakefront beauty and the breath-taking and welcoming home just 60 or so feet from the water. The main floor of the house is close to lake level making the drama of nature around you compelling and inspiring. The waterfront and waves lapping the stone and sand shore are visible from almost all the rooms of the house, and it's a short walk to River Street in Elk Rapids. Traverse Magazine readers voted River Street "in the top 10 of ‘Sweet Small-Town Main Streets in Northern Michigan.'” The pace of life is calming in this lovely town and in this beautiful home. Owner Bernadette and property manager Sam make you feel perfectly at home. Response time to messages is instant, polite, and friendly. There's so much enjoyment to be had for all ages here.

My family and I were very happy with the condo. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking dishes. Lots of room for us and very comfortable. The view on the deck was very nice with views of the #1 fairway. Beautiful golf course. The condo was a close drive to downtown.

This place is a slice of heaven. From the moment we walked in, we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is spotless, with a beautiful view. Would definitely return.

Bellaire Extraordinaire lived up to the name and is truly deserving of a five-star review! The house itself was packed with fun things to do, ensuring there was never a dull moment. Whether it was the game room, the massive fire pit or the outdoor games, we found ourselves constantly entertained and enjoying the space inside and out. From the moment we arrived, it was clear they put a lot of care into preparing the space and everything felt fresh and sparkling. Beyond the pristine condition, Brandon and Katharina were incredibly responsive hosts. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately, and they provided helpful information and recommendations that made our trip even better. Their communication made us feel so welcome and well-cared for.
