Το όνομα της περιοχής σημαίνει "καλή θέα" ή "όμορφη θέα", αναφερόμενο στη θέα που προσφέρει το διαμέρισμα. Είναι μόλις 10 λεπτά από την παραλία του Ρεθύμνου, συγκεκριμένα 850 μέτρα με τα πόδια. It has 2 bedrooms for 6 people to sleep in comfortably. The 1st bedroom has a big double bed, while the 2nd bedroom is a 1930’s traditional 2 floor bedroom, with 2 independent double beds.

This is an historical building protected by the archeologia of Rethymno so all the restoration have been very respectful of the place, trying to keep the soul of the house. The staircase, the wooden floor, the kioski, the stone sink and fornitures are made by hand by local artisans and by using the traditional material of the island.
