A nice and new apartment on one of the hills between Ribeira Brava and Ponta do Sol, very quiet and sunny. All rooms have window and the whole space has plenty of natural light. It has private entrance and parking. 5 minutes from the beach and all services. You have an entrance for the Levada Nova Walk near by the place. Table and chairs are provided for the balcony and also tropical fruits from our garden.

Vista Mar, a Home in Madeira

Vista Mar is a studio in a rural house and is ideal for two people.<br>There is a terrace of about 50 m2 which includes a barbecue and an inflatable jacuzzi. This terrace is sunny and has a wide view to the ocean and agricultural land. There is also an outdoor parking area.<br>The studio is 40 m2 and includes one double bed, two armchairs, a dining table, kitchenette and bathroom. <br>
