This historic home built in the late 1800's was one of the finest homes built in the Sevier Valley. Over the years it has been lovingly maintained, and recently renovated and upgraded. Today, it still has original hardwood floors, detailed wood work, and inset windows highlighting its 18 inch thick walls. All furniture is updated, each mattress is a new memory foam mattress that will cradle you to sleep. Secure high speed internet and smart flat screen TVs allow for remote work or entertainment.

Our newly finished basement apartment is minutes off of I-70 in Richfield Utah! Richfield is an ideal centrally located place to stay being within 2.5 hours of 4 of the “MIGHTY 5” National Parks! It is also the perfect place for those going to fish lake, outdoor recreation, sporting events, Snow College south activities, 4th of July celebration, and of course the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree! Welcome to your charming one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Richfield, Utah—a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and affordability. Located just 2 blocks from Main Street and the city park, and a short walk to local amenities like restaurants and a movie theatre, this newly listed apartment offers an ideal base for exploring the area. The apartment accommodates up to four people, with a queen bed as well as a queen-size air mattress and couch available for extra sleeping space.

Garden Cabin at Wildland Gardens w Sauna Access

The garden guesthouse is a quaint space surrounded by shrubs and gardens. The room has a comfy queen bed and sofa futon. This space is perfect for up to 2 adults. The space is cozy yearr-round with great heat and lovely AC and night sky views. The restrooms are a shared space in our converted farm silo. They are approximately 20 yards from the guesthouse. If your accommodation of choice is a hotel, this is not your spot. The guesthouse has a firepit, chairs and a picnic table.

La Casita on Main St

La Casita was originally built as a barber shop in Monroe many years ago. As you will see in the pictures the original light used by the barber over the bed. Located in close proximity to our local hot pots, ATV trails, hiking, fishing, and Utah’s National and State Parks. The home is a nice comfy place to lay your head at night and explore the world during the day. Small private backyard to view the stars at night and the quiet peaceful feel of rural Utah.

Only a few blocks from the entrance to the Paiute ATV/UTV trail system and popular mountain biking trails (and shuttle meeting place).

Historic Pioneer Cabin

This is an 1800s original ranch house that has been modified to include modern amenities. This property has two beds and one bath. The kitchen features apartment-sized appliances and is stocked with basic items. This unit includes a washer and dryer, mainly because we know people come to our area to explore and get dirty. The Cabin is centrally located to ATV and hiking trails, Monroe Paragliding, Hot Springs, Hunting, and fishing.
