Right off of route 71 and 30, close to downtown Mansfield for a convenient getaway. This cozy ranch has 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms, an office, 1.5 baths, plenty of off street parking, a garage and spacious backyard with a patio area for kids and pets. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood near downtown Mansfield and close to many local attractions, shopping and restaurants. We are happy to accommodate requests if possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice, as we both work full time.

The Billy Pig Lodge- Pool / Hot tub / 7 acres!

This 3 level spacious lodge sleeps 16! It has a built-in covered hot tub, pool, outdoor grill and patio, large deck and 7 acres of private land to enjoy! This lodge has everything you need for a long getaway! Large kitchen and communal spaces for family hangouts. The 1st level has 2 standing arcade games (NFL blitz & Mortal Combat), a bar, large smart tv, miniature ping pong and laundry room. Each level has its own full bathroom. The middle level bathroom has a jet tub! Near Mohican State Park!

The Snow Cabin, walking distance to Snow Trails!

Located a walking distance to Snow Trails, follow the tree-lined driveway past the pond to the newly renovated cabin. Nestled towards the back of three acres, this is a beautiful and private getaway for you and your family. We've remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom, adding new appliances in both the kitchen and laundry room. The working fireplace and popcorn machine make the living space a cozy and comfortable place to relax and watch your favorite movies after a day of hitting the slopes.

Old School 7

Take a step back in time with a stay at this historic brick schoolhouse built in 1875. Originally called “schoolhouse #7” on the 1896 Mansfield Map, it was converted to a 2 bedroom home in the mid 1900's. Recently updated with some creature comforts like a fresh new bathroom, unique furniture, and cozy beds. Situated on a nice quiet 1/2 acre lot above a ravine with a babbling creek below. Be cautious of the ravine and hillside, we have fencing to protect guests of the steep hillside.

The 1211 Building

Enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located 3BR home. You’ll have dining and shopping options nearby, a short trip to: Snow Trails, Reformatory, fairgrounds , historic carousel, city parks, & Mid-Ohio Speedway. Pets welcome with fee. There is ramp access to the front door for 1st floor BR and bathroom access. We acquired this house due to needing an office space in town. Other than the one locked room used for that, you’ll have use of the rest of the 1st & 2nd floors.

The Home Away From Home

The Home Away From Home is a peaceful, cozy, family friendly home. We do accept pets with a fee. It is a 3-minute drive to the Ohio State Reformatory (INKCARCERATION), 2-minute drive (10minute walk) to Mansfield Speedway, 10-minute drive to Downtown Mansfield, Hospital, Kingwood Center, Fairgrounds, Richland Mall and many other stores and restaurants, 15-minute drive to Charles Mill, 20-minute drive to Snow Trails, 25-minute drive to Mid-Ohio Racetrack and Pleasant Hill.

Charles & Francis Bowman Estate

Enjoy a relaxing stay at the Charles and Francis Bowman Estate, located in rural Mansfield. This large historical Italianate farmhouse built in 1825, has room for large groups, boasting 4 large bedrooms and 2 full baths. The house sleeps up to 10 with 2 King bedrooms, one queen bedroom and one double full bedroom, with a futon that can sleep an extra guest. One King bedroom is located on the first floor for occupants who need those accommodations.

Babble Brook Lodge and Private Pond

The Babble Brook Lodge is a large log home on 11 acres with a stocked pond only minutes from Mohican State Park. The lodge features a large covered porch overlooking the pond, a huge great room with a massive stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft sitting area, laundry room, satellite TV, high speed internet and air conditioning. A two car garage allows renters to park out of the weather.
