A lovely space to unwind/relax after a busy day, whether it is work or play. This facility has a beautiful living area with comfortable seating, televisions in each room & 2 televisions on the patio, two bedrooms. 1st bedroom has 1 queen & The 2nd has 2 queen beds, 2 full bathrooms, a full basketball court, a tennis court, & a patio over looking the pool. Black Bear Lake House

Beautiful waterfront lake home located on Poverty Point Reservoir. Our home is located near Poverty Point State Park, Black Bear Golf Course, and Poverty Point World Heritage Site. Poverty Point Marina is located 1/2 mile north of the house. Wild Country Safari is located just a few miles north of the house and is a fun experience to enjoy with your kids. We have two docks for fishing and swimming. Relax and enjoy the sun rises and sunsets on beautiful Poverty Point Reservoir.

Broken Road Cottage

Unwind and relax during your stay in our newly renovated 116-year-old cottage, while enjoying modern updated amenities of home. The cottage was updated for your pleasure while keeping unique touches of the original home. Unwind and grill on the back porch and enjoy the shade of the oak tree. This pet friendly home offers a fenced in backyard for your pet's safety. We are located 6 minutes from Monroe Regional Airport and 5 minutes from the University of Louisiana at Monroe.

Sue's Southern Stay

This private house sleeps 3 in the bedroom and 1 on the couch. I do have an inflatable queen mattress that can be used upon request. It has a full kitchen and private washer/dryer also.There is a fenced yard for a large dog, but the fence is wide enough that a small dog will be able to escape. Located within 8 miles of I-20, University of Louisiana at Monroe, and Pecanland Mall.

The Garden Cottage

We are located in the woods but only 2 miles from I 20. The Garden Cottage is located close to our main house but isolated with its own private patio. It is perfect for a single occupant or a couple due to it only has 1 bed. Infants/child is welcome if you have sleeping accommodations for them ( portable crib/pack in play). I do not provide either.

Quiet secluded and quaint two bedroom barn loft

If you’re looking for a “getaway”, here’s your place. Located 7 miles outside of Rayville and 20 minutes from Monroe La. It’s the perfect spot. 65 acres to roam on, a nearby “break or swamp”, a stocked pond just outside your back door with wild ducks much of the year, you’ll find plenty to do without leaving the place!

Spacious 3 bedroom home in a country setting that is on 60 acres. You may see deer feeding in the backyard. We are approximately 3 miles from the META mega site.
