Ok Folks, here is the deal! After 26 years in this business, I just got my first 1 star review. No matter what business you have, self employed, no one deserves a 1 star review! All host and business owners spend tons of money and time to be able to provide services or share our properties. 1 star reviews nowadays are based off of emotion, not facts.
