The Patch: a cozy country home on a country farm

Conveniently located from exit 10 on I-70, The Patch is an old farmhouse in northern rural Preble County. Fully furnished, three-bedroom home with central air and WiFi. Main floor features a bedroom with a queen-size sleep number bed directly off a working area with two more bedrooms located upstairs. Walk into the full-size stocked kitchen with washer and dryer. A large patio provides privacy and relaxation with a view of the farm. Perfect for work crews, stays, or just passing through.

Restaurants and shopping within walking distance, and Metroparks bike trail at the end of our street. Pets are welcomed for an additional fee PER PET. Unique quirks about our little home: the ceiling coming down the steps is lower, and the bathroom is a jack-and-jill.

NEW Oregon District Cozy Downtown Towhome

This guest townhouse is in the heart of the Oregon District, right next to all of Dayton’s best food & nightlife/events! The space is quaint and perfect for groups of 1-4, in a historic neighborhood, and incredible for quaint getaway. Please be aware that the other side of the home is also rented for guests, so while the spaces are completely separate, you may hear noise from other bookings. Please reach out if there are any issues. Come stay with us!

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Join us for a peaceful country stay, close enough to drive to nearby shopping and dining, and far enough to hear the crickets and see the stars. Your cozy place will include a kitchenette, coffee pot, microwave & TV. The dining area inside or on the attached deck, full size bed & full bath with shower. Only 3.9 miles from Interstate 70. Should you choose to use 100-foot zipline to exercise your pet.

The Cottage Retreat

Whether you are looking for a place to spend some time or just passing through we think you’ll find it quite lovely here. We are just 5 mile off of I70 and centrally located among many places of interest. Go out or stay in. The outdoor living space is pretty spectacular! Private, with a hot tub, fire pit (wood provided), turf to play corn hole. Inside delivers all the comforts of home with full kitchen, laundry, workspace and cozy fireplace.

This spacious ground level home is located at the heart of antique alley in Cambridge City, Indiana. This fully remodeled home is equipped with everything you will need for a relaxing stay. Including central air, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen, smart television, Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, outdoor patio, and grill. The home is just a few minute walk away from the downtown shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Yellow House on the Hill Country Retreat

This quiet oasis in the country is perfect for family gatherings, small events, or a productive place to focus on work. The house is perched on a hill outside of town, providing a scenic overlook of rolling hills. Enjoy the sunrise on the front porch, and watch the sunset on the back patio. There is year round fun with sledding in the winter and barbecuing in the summer.

Maximalist Mansion w/Pickleball court &Huge Gazebo

This Historic Mansion was built in 1880 by Burton Westcott who next moved to Springfield, OH and built The Westcott House designed by Frank Lloyd Wright. This home has been lovingly renovated with special care to preserve the ornate wood flooring (each room has a unique design) as well as the original Tiffany Stain glass windows.
