Cheerful Catskill Village Cottage

Bright and airy Catskill village refuge - a wildflower and wildlife haven in the thick of things. Historic house set on a quarter acre of trees and wildflowers, but blocks from Main Street, Catskill. Walk to Foreland, The Lumberyard, the incredible village cemetery, Thomas Cole House, restaurants and shops. Olana State Historic Site is right across the bridge! Cottage has a full kitchen, clawfoot tub, penny tile shower, front porch, dining room and large living room. Truly peaceful and lovely.

Sunshine Cottage a peaceful place to rest and relax while being centrally- located to many of the attractions that make this area a beautiful place to visit. We are about 15 minutes away from Balderdash Winery, Hilltop Orchard/ Winery and Home Range Winery. Tanglewood, Berkshire Botanical Gardens, Jacobs Pillow, Red Lion Inn and Hancock Shaker Village bring culture and magnificent shows. You can ski at Bousquet Mountain, Ski Butternut and Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort. Come visit the Berkshires.

Set on 10 acres of gardens and woods, this cottage is perfectly located to explore Western Massachusetts - with places like MASS MoCA, Shelburne Falls, Tanglewood and Northampton all within a 30min to 1 hour drive. Upstairs is a queen bed and full bath, while downstairs features a functional kitchen, work desk, grand windows, and a living space with full sleeper sofa. We live in the main house on property but respect your privacy-see photos!
