Beautiful Breeze Cottage

Beautiful Breeze Cottage sits among the stunning hills of the Dargle Valley. It overlooks 3 tranquil dams, rolling pastures and an indigenous forest. There are cattle and horses in the fields, abundant bird life to enjoy and peacefulness to breath in. It's the perfect place to recharge while escaping the pressures of city life and with the Midlands Meander on our doorstep you can be as busy or as quiet as you choose. The farm is now fully off Eskom power so load shedding is a distant memory.

Hilton House Two

Hilton House Two is perfectly located in the heart of Hilton, just 800m from the N3 highway. It is close to local schools and shopping centres. The cottage has its own private garden and own entrance and is joined to the main house. The property has remote gate access, with secure parking directly outside the cottage. Some highlights include uncapped WiFi, solar power backup, a four poster queen bed and a single day bed, a smart TV and a trendy kitchette! We would love to welcome you soon!

Forest Falls Treehouse

Enjoy the serenity of nature on the edge of the Umgeni Valley. Conveniently placed less than 10 minutes away from Hilton Village. This is no normal cottage. Our Forest Falls Treehouse is built at the confluence of two streams. Perched amongst trees, birds are constant visitors while shy nyala often make an appearance. This self-catering cottage can be reached after a short walk in an indigenous forest down steep stairs built into a cliff face. Meals can be purchased through prior arrangements.

The Loft, The Gates Estate (Hilton College Road)

The Loft is a beautifully appointed apartment nestled within a secure, upmarket gated estate adjacent to Hilton College, just 7 km from the N3 Highway. Situated less than 10kms from Hilton College, it provides easy access to amenities. Astro cricket net adjacent to the cottage for young sports enthusiasts!

Caracal Lodge @ the Hilton Bush Lodge

Enjoy life in the African bush with the beautiful Hilton Village just minutes away. Located at the Hilton Bush Lodge, bordering the famous Hilton College, Caracal Lodge sits among trees opening to spectacular views of the Rietspruit and Umngeni valleys. Listen closely and you will hear the rush of the Riets Waterfall, even better, take a walk through the bush and enjoy the falls first hand! If you're after something closer to home, wonder a few steps out back and enjoy the lodges pool.

The cottage at Pipers Bench

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This cosy well appointed cottage is set in a beautiful well established garden. We are close to top Midlands schools, Hilton, Howick and the N3. Each bedroom has a wall mounted heater and there is a log burning fireplace in the lounge. The kitchen has a toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, air fryer and 4 place gas stove with electric oven. The property is off grid with solar power and a backup generator and borehole water.

NGUNI RIDGE - Farm Cottage in the KZN Midlands

Woodsong Cottage - Self Catering

The cottage is situated in The Dargle Valley bordering a forestry estate and overlooks the uMngeni River. It is nestled in the trees next to the main house on Woodsong Farm, which is a small life-style farm where you are free to explore the surroundings. Enjoy walks to the small dam with a picnic basket and bird-watch, take photos, enjoy some casual fishing and wild-swimming. The cottage is not suitable from small children. The cottage is not pet friendly.

Country Escape at Kariki Villa

Tucked away in the heart of nature, Kariki Experience offers more than just accommodation, it delivers a peaceful and unforgettable getaway. Perfect for a family holiday, a weekend with friends, or a relaxing retreat. The villa comfortably accommodates groups up to 10 people. There is an on-site walking trail that winds through the lush valley and if you’re lucky you may spot a giraffe, zebra or wildebeast on the nearby hill at the Phe-Zulu Safari Park.

Fern Rivers Unit 3

Large open plan bedroom with open truss ceilings, wooden floors and a large cupboard with kitchenette and bathroom which consists of a shower, toilet and basin. The unit uses a gas geyser. Wifi and tv run off an inverter during power outages. This unit is not equipped for cooking, but an air-fryer is provided. These units have wooden floors which some guests may find noisy.
