There is NO ELEVATOR in the building, you must climb stairs (3rd, 4th or 5th floor).

There is a pond nearby, the depth of which is 3 m, you can swim in both summer and winter. Closed territory of 1ha, also suitable for domestic animals. The price includes a fully equipped house, sauna, firewood, dishes, towels, washing machine, bed linen, charcoal for grill, etc.
