Furnished with locally crafted cedar doors opening to balconies overlooking the ocean. Villa has a private plunge pool.

Welcome to the most darling, and cozy studio apartment, part of a home which has been divided into 2 separate apartments with separate entrances. Centrally located within a 5 minute walk to the town of Rincon, Puerto Rico and 3 min walk to water. Unit comes with street parking, wifi (12.927mbps), free coffee, tea and water, A/C and small eat in kitchen, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, and electric tea pot. A discount is available for monthly rentals.

The rental comes fully stocked with beach chairs, snorkel equipment, sun umbrellas, BBQ grill, organic herb garden, air conditioning, washer & dryer, games, Smart TV and WIFI. The house has 1,000 gallons of reserve water in cisterns in case of a water outage and Solar Panels with Tesla batteries for backup power. Starlink satellite internet for uninterrupted service.

Our cozy apartment for couples, with a small pool NOT SHARED. If you want to spend a few days of rest near the beach (5 minutes walking and 1 minute by car to Sandy Beach) and close to places of interest. A very quiet and relaxing place. WiFi Internet, cable TV, equipped kitchen, towels, A/C and more. Balcony outside to have a cup of coffee or just contemplate nature, with screens to avoid mosquitoes.
