La casa tiene una pequeña alberca privada desde donde podrás disfrutar la mejor vista sobre playa Mermejita. La casa es muy abierta para poder disfrutar de la frescura del viento y de las mejores vistas.

De la calle principal a casa coco deberas de subir 61 escalones si vienes caminando, tambien contamos con acceso vehicular y estacionamiento sobre la calle. La casa esta equipada con una recamara con cama king y AC, baño privado con agua caliente, cocina, comedor, una fresca sala con vista a la copa de los árboles, y terraza con hamaca.
