1 Bedroom Annex Retreat - on a working farm

This one bedroom annex is part of a 200 year old barn conversion. Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). We are surrounded by wildlife, please look at other details for a list of birds an Ornithologist spotted

Charming cottage from which to explore this beautiful area. 250m from the World heritage site of Studley Royal Deer Park and Fountains Abbey. Between the Yorkshire Dales , the many historic sites and houses there is plenty to explore.The cathedral city of Ripon is 1and a 1/2 miles away, and can be accessed by public footpath.The area is hugely popular with both walkers and cyclists being on the Ripon Rowell . Harrogate and York are both within easy reach and there are several racecourses near by

Boroughbridge has a fine selection of shops & pubs and is only a couple of minutes drive from the A1. Set over two levels, the large open plan kitchen/dining room, shower/loo and entrance hallway are on the ground floor with a living/TV room and bedroom up the spiral staircase on the first floor. There are French doors that open up to access the courtyard. The loo/shower is located on the ground floor and courtyard is shared with main house.
