Entire guest house studio - West Sussex

Stay in our lovely bright studio annexe, in the grounds of our house on the outskirts of Billingshurst. Ideally situated to explore West Sussex we are close to Petworth, Parham House, Arundel and the South Downs National Park. The Studio has a comfortable King size bed, seating area, kitchen with 2 ring hob, microwave, fridge, Nespresso machine and a fully fitted bathroom. There is also a freeview TV and Wifi. The Studio is independent of the main property and has its own parking space.

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette. The oak framed garden room offers studio style open plan living space with double bed, well equipped kitchenette & separate bathroom. The doors open onto a garden area to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or simply just to soak up the sun & offer beautiful panoramic views of the South Downs.

The cottage is ideally located, only a short drive to the beach and centrally located to lots of major towns including Guildford, Brighton, Chichester and Petworth and only a 1hr train journey to London. It also has some stunning villages in the surrounding areas to explore and there are an abundance of places to visit and enjoy locally; both historically, nature and activity based.
