This fully refurbished annexe is situated as an extension to our family home, in the village of Warsash. Self contained studio annexe with own entrance via shared garden; street parking. Super ideal for Warsash Maritime Academy. Renovated to a high specification; this clean, calm and welcoming studio annexe is equipped with a fully functioning kitchenette, bathroom, wifi & includes utilities. Just a short 10 min walk to the village centre for shops, cafes, pubs & short walk to the water front.

Cow Shed - Barn

A spacious ground floor suite. Watch fiery sun sets & brown eyed cows walking past to drink. Enjoy outdoor & indoor dining. A super king bed allows for space and a good nights rest with a luxurious en-suite shower to invigorate. Peaceful location but not far from local town. Small but well equipped kitchen with essentials provided. If you need us we are on site but otherwise will leave you in peace to enjoy your stay. If the Cow Shed is full then look up the Hay Loft. Our first floor suite.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. A private annex apartment, “a perfect retreat”

Welcome to Titchfield Views, Catisfield. A private annex overlooking Titchfield Village, Hampshire. Close to Whiteley, Segensworth, Fareham College and local Navy Establishments. Separated from the main house, Titchfield Views has a private entrance and consists of a double bedroom, a wet-room bathroom (shower, no bath), a spacious lounge diner, a kitchen, and a private decking area. There is a work space area with double plug and USB charging points, WiFi fully available throughout annex.

Perfect if you are studying at the Maritime College, are looking for a relaxing time near the water or as a base to explore further afield. Pretty, self contained annexe with its own entrance, located between the historic city of Winchester & Southampton and on the doorstep of the New Forest National Park. Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!

Private and quaint location in Bitterne Village, which has a good selection of pubs and restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride. 5 min walk to local shops and supermarket. 5 min drive to the M27 motorway with onward access to the M3. 10 min drive to Southampton city centre, and the sea front/Ocean Village Marina. 5 min drive to the beautiful Hamble (River) with a great selection of pubs and restaurants along the river.
