A cute and cosy modernised cottage with hot tub surrounded by fields and with a beautiful river at the bottom of the garden. The house is well situated and has a spacious patio and lawn, enclosed garden with access to walks up the river and other beautiful local areas. A good base to strike out for West Coast and Highlands. We recently added a twin room in addition to our double en-suite and king bedrooms. Each lodge has its own private hot tub, balcony & bbq area set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside in Highland Perthshire. Parking for 2-3 vehicles We welcome well behaved dogs ( max2) by arrangement only ,we ask that you keep them on a lead when out and about ,they are not permitted on the furniture. Each lodge has a travel cot & high chair just request when booking .

The farm has a herd of 12 Alpacas with 6 babies due June 2026. The cottage has 2 bedrooms (one superking, one king). The cottage is a perfect base for exploring Inverness, the Highlands and the NC500.
