You will enjoy staying in this 3 bedroom cosy and quirky late 19th century railway sleeper cottage situated next to Deshar Woods in the popular village of Boat of Garten near Aviemore. We are next door so can help you if you need any assistance or local recommendations. You can sit out in the private cottage courtyard patio space in which the hot tub is located. You are also welcome to use the sauna and Granlea gardens which include a children's play area, lawn, table tennis table, bbq area etc.

This beautiful lodge sleeps up to 10 guests (8 adults, plus 2 kids - 2 of the beds are only 160cm long so are suited for kids) and is only 10 mins walk to Aviemore. One of the best-equipped lodges in Aviemore, it's perfect for a couple of families, or an extended family as a base to explore the Highlands. We have the lodge right next door, (sleeps 4), if you need more space.

Nestled down an old farm lane on the edge in a quiet residential area Aviemore centre is just a short walk away. Pet friendly on request.

Perfectly situated as an ideal base for the NC500 and in the perfect location to view the Aurora Borealis. Each pod has its own bedroom, shower room, kitchen and living area. Outside on the veranda is your own private hot tub, fire pit, bbq and seating. Use of our shared sauna is also available to all guests.

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along.
