Romany Caravan at Bush Meadows

We offer a unique stay in a traditional Romany caravan furnished with some mod cons to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The caravan has electric stove, lights, television,DVD player and tea making facilities. There is a seperate bathroom with towels, robes and toiletries supplied. There is also a day cabin overlooking the meadow and woodland with a fine array of wildlife to be seen.Enjoy a romantic escape in a peaceful location but close to all amenities with Cornwall's famed coastline,surfing beaches and coastal footpath less than 2 miles away .Half a mile away is the historic Stannery village of Stratton with 2 pubs and a village store. Genuine Cornish pasties are available at the farm shop ,also about half a mile away ,and of course in Bude itself which ,while still retaining the charm of an oldfashioned seaside town ,has shops, restaurants, banks and pubs.We would highly recommend a visit to the nearby picturesque fishing villages of Boscastle and Clovelly.Or for those who may like to venture a little further afield there are the worldwide famed restaurants of Jamie Oliver's Fifteen at Newquay and Rick Stein's fish restaurant at Padstow.These are both within easy driving distance ,as is the The Eden Project and Heligan Gardens, two further highlights of this beautiful part of the world.

The "Moo"tel (Eco Hot Tub Available To Hire)

PLEASE NOTE, DUE TO THE INCREASED RISK OF FIRE AT THE MOMENT IN CORNWALL WE WILL NOT BE OFFERING OUR WOOD FIRED HOT TUB EXPERIENCE (FOR AUGUST 2026) A little home from home in the middle of no-where but close to all the places you may want to visit. The "Moo"tel was formally a cattle shed (hence the name). It now sleeps 4 - a double bed and a double sofa bed can be made up upon request and is also very dog friendly with a fully enclosed garden. Please note we do not have car charging facilities

The Granary at Borough Farm

This light and airy space packs a lot of character with exposed oak beams and vaulted ceiling, a glass apex window lights the room and allows you to star gaze from your bed at night. An antique french bed gives a romantic feel to the room with crisp bed linen, there is a bathroom and a luxurious double ended antique roll top bath.Guests have sole use of 'The Loft'- with a mini kitchen and dining area and can also add a private sauna experience and/or request a private log fired hot tub night.

The Summer House

The Summer House is a cosy one bedroom cabin located in our private garden. We are located in Trecarne a small collection of houses on the edge of Bodmin Moor in the parish of St. Cleer. You will have use of the ground floor shower room and toilet in the main house. Private entrance through the side garden gate entrance. Off road parking now available. There is a small heater for the cooler evenings and plenty of cosy blankets! Just the place to star gaze in the dark sky's of Bodmin Moor.

Self-contained Annex

Relax and enjoy a home from home feel in this modern self contained annex situated in the ancient stannary town of Plympton. 10 min walk to the Ridgeway which offers local shops, restaurants and pubs. A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

Bluebell River Cottage - Tamar Valley

A picturesque quaint little 1 bedroom cottage tucked away in a small hamlet, perched alongside a stream, in the middle of beautiful countryside but a stones throw away from the market town of Saltash and Plymouth further afield. Enjoy a drink in the enclosed courtyard, whilst the stream runs beneath you, or have dinner in the private conservatory dining room, followed by a bath in the roll top bath. Free wifi and a 42" LED Smart TV. The bedroom is located up a short set of steep stairs.

5 Old Station Master’s House: 4 guests, parking

Relax in our beautifully designed apartment just moments from the Fowey estuary and a short, relatively level walk into the heart of town. This welcoming two-bedroom space includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfy lounge, and superfast Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed and Smart TV. The spacious second bedroom has twin beds. Free on-site parking, a rare find in Fowey! Plus access to a shared garden. Perfect for couples, friends or small families.

The Courtyard

Self contained Annex to large family home in the popular village of Newton Ferrers. Walking distance to all amenities. This recently refurbished space was designed to provide independently accessed guest accommodation for the main house and is available for the first time to visitors of the area looking for short term stays. Best described as a large ground floor apartment with own front door, kitchen, bed sitting room & shower room. An hotel would call it a deluxe suite

Meneghy (Lower Vean)

Our mobile home is set on our smallholding which sits in the Tamar Valley it is an area of outstanding natural beauty. There are lovely walks and amazing views. There is also a lovely village pub The White hart which also serves good food. We are half an hour away from Plymouth ideal for shopping and many attractions Tavistock is a beautiful old market town only 15 minutes drive The Tamar Trails centre has lots of out door fun things to-do as well as lovely walks

The Barn

Self-contained accommodation recently decorated in converted barn in quiet cul-de-sac. Light living space with fully equipped kitchen including induction hob, small oven and microwave. Bathroom with shower & heated towel rail. Living area with double sofa bed and dining table. Separate bedroom with comfortable king-sized bed + single bed that some guests prefer to use rather than the sofa bed. Please let us know your preference on booking.
