The Annex @ Brook Garden Lodge Is Available for Single Night and Short Term Rent. The Annex is located at back of the garden with private access, private entrance door and free parking. If you are looking for a larger room, we also have the Suite@Brook Garden Lodge adjacent to the Annex with a few added extras, but due to Airbnb Algorithm appears down the list when searching for places in Barry. Due to the rooms being in same location, you won’t be aware unless you zoom in on the annex price.

Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located apartment. Within 5 minutes walk from Cardiff Castle, Principality Stadium and all the highlights of Cardiff City Centre. This 1 bedroom apartment has just been renovated and completed to an extremely high specification. This new flat comprises of a stylish kitchen/diner and living area that includes a 55 inch smart TV, Dishwasher and Washer Dryer. There is an enclosed private courtyard with decking and dining set. Parking is available.

Basement flat in the heart of Pontcanna, a vibrant and sociable area in Cardiff. Minutes walk from a range of amenities including cafes, restaurants, groceries and pubs. The flat is a pleasant 15 minute walk from the city centre. The recently refurbished flat includes a living room, double bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and private outdoor patio area. Whether you are working away, spending time with family and friends or visiting our amazing city for an event, this location is perfect. Close to Roath Park lake, City centre and plenty of local restaurants, bars and take aways within walking distance and great public transport. (Non residents) Parking available on streets surrounding the house.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Central Studio w/ Roof Terrace

This very central and yet quiet studio is 3 minutes walk from the central train station and features its own private roof terrace. There is a king size bed , kitchenette to prepare simple meals and dining table. The WiFi is very fast and guests usually get around 300mbps. The TV is app-based and guests have use of Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, Apple TV+ and more. See you soon!

Cwt Clyd - Self-contained garden annex

Cwt Clyd located close to Victoria Park, modern stylish detached garden annex is ideal for visiting the near-by attractions of Cardiff. Comprises a Double bed, en-suite toilet and shower with a small kitchenette. Patio outside overlooking our garden. The annex has its own access with WiFi. Easy walking distances to some great local restaurants and a beautiful park.
