Being away from home can be UNCOMFORTABLE! But it doesn't have to be. This adorable basement apt is perfect whether you're visiting family, working remotely, or need a night away. You get the feel of a boutique hotel with the privacy of a quiet neighborhood and all the comforts of home (parking w/o the awkward backyard entry, full kitchen & laundry, Zoom-friendly workspaces, etc). PLUS you're centrally located for both Utah and Salt Lake counties and just minutes from the mountains!

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Beautifully handcrafted with custom cabinets, shiplap walls, quartz countertops, a beautiful wraparound deck and a bedroom window view of the 11,749 foot Mt Timpanogos. Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).
