Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. We pride ourselves on a clean, welcoming atmosphere, comfy beds & furniture, and attention to the well-being of our guests

Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Brand New queen sleeper sofa! This cozy basement apartment boasts all the comforts of home and a stylish designer look. It has reasonably close proximity to the mountains, ski resorts, LDS temples, USANA Amphitheater, Hale Center Theatre, Mountain America Expo Center, America First Field, and Salt Lake City center. The full, eat-in kitchen allows you to cook if you choose. We continue to add requested appliances for our guests.

This private guest suite in Cedar Hills is nestled in a quiet neighborhood at the foot of Mt. Timpanogos, minutes from American Fork Canyon, Alpine Loop, and the Murdock Trail giving you access to scenic views, hiking, climbing, biking, golfing, skiing, and anything outdoors. We are 10 minutes to I-15 providing easy access to many Utah County attractions & businesses. We are just 35 minutes to either Provo or Salt Lake.
