You'll love this renovated & convenient gem in the heart of downtown Lander! We lovingly call it "Creek Retreat" for its sweet creek frontage that brings the deer to the yard. This house retains a modern feel from its construction era, while being completely remodeled: NEW electrical, plumbing, full kitchen, windows, insulation, HVAC, bathroom & laundry room. There's a dedicated workspace with Internet, and this centrally located 3 bedroom home is within 1 mile of just about everything in town!

JMA Granary

If you're looking for a unique stay - you've come to the right place. The JMA Granary is quiet, cozy and comfortable! We have a nice port-a-potty in the outhouse, next to the Granary and a shower too! The shower is not available in the winter months. Guests are welcome to use the restroom and shower at the Crows Nest too. It has a flushable toilet. Your neighbors are a few horses, rabbits, Muscovy ducks and a few chickens. The granary is 15' in diameter, has air conditioning, heat and Wifi.

There is lots of country charm at The Bunkhouse with both front and back decks, a fenced back yard for hanging out and your 4 legged friends can come too! An easy trip to town, or down the road to the Midvale Station for dinner if you prefer not to cook! It is also an easy drive to lots of great Wyoming activities and on the way to Yellowstone!

North Fork Cottage

This is the spot for relaxing after a day of activities near Lander, WY. Enjoy views of the Wind River Range from the porch, catch a beautiful sunset, or stroll around the 3-acre property. There is private and public river access available from the property. Feel free to use the barbecue grill or fire-pit near the river. Cabin at Grass River Retreat

This 500 square foot cozy cabin rests at the edge of the Popo Agie River, sit on the front porch, light the campfire, roast a marshmallow, and relax. It has a queen bed and a full size sofa sleeper. Best suited for two adults and one child. This is not a kid friendly property during high water season (May-June.) There are NO fences blocking the river. Leashed dogs allowed. NO cats please. Midvale station is only a half mile away for an easy meal during your stay! This is the original house on a working ranch/cattle facility, there will be livestock on the premises at any given time.
