Welcome to Indigo Woods Cabin! I We are next to a >1400 acre nature preserve with 5 miles of hiking trails. The Appalachian Trail (McAfee Knob), Smith Mountain Lake, James River, and Carvin Cove reservoir are also close. Feel close to nature while being close to conveniences of shopping and nice restaurants just down the mountain in Salem and Roanoke. One bed/bath with a pull out sofa in living room. Pet friendly! Off the Blue Ridge Pkwy Explore Park, quite and private but just mins from Roanoke with its fine dining, bike-able greenway network, historic downtown, hospital, shopping, adventure sports, history and romance. Stocked with everything you need for a romantic weekend, family get-way, or business.

Ms Helen's Down Under - Private, Luxurious & Fun

Private Luxurious Ms Helen's Down Under, once home to band practice and poker games now tastefully updated with modern decor and comfortable surroundings. This is the updated basement with its own separate entrance, bath, kitchen and Laundry room in my home. There is almost 700 sq feet to use or if you need a private getaway or crash pad. Loft style, their is no door on the bedroom. We do not block days at all in if it shows not available it isn't. We do not allow pets as host is allergic.

Less than 20 minutes to downtown Roanoke and 50 minutes to Virginia Tech means that you can have the best of everything in the New River and Roanoke Valley.

The Magical Cabin on Back Creek

Magic is the word most people use when they visit this hidden gem. Built in 1939 as a fishing cabin by a gentleman who incorporated box cars as rafters and beams, dates still visible since removing the attic. By far the best place I've ever lived. I decided to share it with others who love to explore, who love listening to the voice of the creek or who come just to sit on the porch high above the creek with a spouse, friend, family, or alone. For the best sleep, open the bedroom window!

A large 2 bedroom 2 bath high end loft with luxury finishes. The space features a balcony in the front and large roof deck in the back with views in every direction. The space features a full kitchen with a dishwasher, a work desk for those that need to telecommute, and a full-size stacked washer and dryer. Both bedrooms have plush queen beds. The central downtown location means you can walk to everything Roanoke has to offer. Paid daily parking (by the day) available in adjacent lot.

Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, take time to relax on the front porch of this peaceful and historic Grandin neighborhood hideaway. Just a short walk to shops and restaurants and a five minute drive to downtown, you'll be conveniently located to the best Roanoke has to offer. This apartment has a private entrance and ample parking just a few steps from your front door. Your host can provide access to a central laundry room (free of charge) on site if needed.
