Cute little rustic tiny home on a working horse ranch. We do have stalls for boarding if needing a layover while traveling. We do not have horses for rent as this is a private facility. We have protection dogs, chickens, guineas, peacocks, horses and cattle so there will be farm noises, but mostly very peaceful. We are only 12 miles from Denton with lots of shopping and colleges. 45 min from DFW and 40 min from Ft Worth and 50 min from WinStar

The house is located near the Texas motor speedway, 20 min from the airport, close to major roads. The bedroom is private, comfortable, with a closet and desktop. Parking space are available in the driveway and the street. 1 shared bathroom. No laundry room nor kitchen access.
