A private guest house with dedicated parking and private walkway, perfect for getting away from the city and on shared acreage on outskirts of Rochester, MN. Perfect for those coming into the Mayo Clinic for appointments, not wanting the public to bother them. Television has access to Hulu for live television and ALL the services fully included for guest use including Netflix, HBO/MAX, Showtime, Paramount+, AMC+, Peacock, etc... If we don't have the service, request it and we'll get it for you!

On-site indoor pool and gym offer places to unwind. Weekly housekeeping provides privacy and comfort. Note: Upon check-in, our front desk will capture a card and IDs for every adult to keep on file. A $500 security deposit will be taken for stays over 8 nights and returned if there are no damages.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in Rochester. The bedroom is freshly painted and has an extra long single bed with a very comfortable mattress. We have a dog that is friendly, but not annoying. It’s just my 20 yr old son and I (55 yr old woman) living in our house. We have a big kitchen, a living room and family room that we are willing to share. We’d love to have you as our guest for a night or two or short term.
